What is Mo'Zen Wellness?
Mo’Zen Wellness is all-encompassing approach to wellness coaching, centered on three key components:
Clean Eating & Proper Nutrition - Yes, that means reducing our intake of processed foods, you know...the ones that have ingredients we can't pronounce! (i.e., high fructose corn syrup and xanthan gum)
Daily Movement - Incorporating a regular routine to stay active improves mental clarity, improves appearance, reduces the signs of aging and fights against the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and other health conditions - so why would we SKIP this everyday? It's our daily dose of "happy" endorphins!
3. Mindfulness Practice - This is what I believe is the MOST essential aspect of maintaining a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. With the pressing demands of today's living, I have found that taking time each and every day to be completely present in the moment drives the first two components of Clean Eating & Nutrition and Daily Movement. Think of this practice as the mouse for your computer! It allows you to stay focused and fully aware to your daily stressors, giving you that "point & click" solution in moments you feel out of control! Mindfulness brings control back to your life.
